“Hot In Cleveland” debuts tonight

Will this show take another “shot” at Cleveland – portraying our fair city as the “Mistake-on-the-Lake”? Or will Cleveland be shown as a cool place to live? “This show is going to end up being, I believe, a love letter to Cleveland,” Valerie Bertinelli said during a telephone interview. “This is our way of paying homage […]

My daughter’s wedding – a day to remember

My daughter, Danielle, married her best friend on Saturday. It was a GREAT day of celebration as she became the new Mrs. Jon Filipkowski. Not even the rain could spoil the love and emotion felt by everyone on this special day. May your marriage be blessed with a lifetime of love.

The Mocha Monkey nearly falls off a cliff

Late Friday, the Mocha Monkey nearly fell off a cliff along California Highway 1 between San Francisco and Santa Cruz. Apparently trying to get a closer look at the Pacific Ocean, he got too close to the edge of the rocks and slipped. After he called out that he was in trouble, I immediately pulled him to safety.
