For years I've been bored with photographing fireworks. Fighting the crowds to get a good spot, dealing with hot and humid July weather, bugs, crying children… the list goes on. I'd rather stay home and chill-out with the Mrs. – UNTIL NOW! …
As a photo restoration specialist, I combine today's digital technology with old-fashioned artistry to repair worn, stained, spotted, torn, cracked, bleached and faded photographs to their original luster. Digital restoration costs have been reduced to at least half of what they used to be and the quality has improved substantially! …

I took this and the other 360-degree photos (below) of the GenOn power plant in Avon Lake, Ohio on March 28, 2022 – five days before ownership of the facility was transferred to Charah Solutions Inc. …
Last year, I volunteered to create a 360° virtual tour of the Old Town Hall Museum for the North Ridgeville Historical Society. I also created a video with a brief history of the museum narrated by North Ridgeville voiceover artist, Doug Mullins. …
Tomorrow marks the 20-year anniversary of the terror attacks on our country. Along with the thousands of innocent people who lost their lives that day – the world lost it's innocence as well.
September 11, 2001 was a glorious fall day in Northeast Ohio. My oldest daughter was home from school recovering from her wisdom teeth extraction the day before. At about 9 a.m., my wife called in a panic telling me to turn on the TV to see coverage of a plane that had just crashed into the World Trade Center. As the minutes passed, we saw another jet hit the WTC on live TV. Soon after, there were reports that the Pentagon in Washington, D.C. had been hit by a jetliner and a plane crashed in rural Shanksville, PA. It was clear these were not accidents.
My daughter and I watched the coverage all day, wondering what was in store for the future. Could we expect major acts of terror every day? Fortunately, no… but our freedom has been changed forever. …
A few years ago (well, actually five-years ago) I had the privilege of creating amazing senior portraits of Alyssa Srail – Class of 2017 at Buckeye High School in Medina, Ohio. …
Recently, Gail and Ron Deemer from Ashtabula, Ohio contacted me to restore a large and badly deteriorating photo. It was in a closet for many years and had been folded causing multiple cracks. …
Trumpler 14 is a glittering star cluster that contains a collection of some of the brightest stars seen in our Milky Way galaxy. It was captured by NASA’s Hubble Space Telescope in 2017.

This panorama of the Martian surface was taken with the Navigation Cameras, or Navcams, aboard NASA’s Rover – the Perseverance on Feb. 20, 2021. It was “stitched” together by NASA from several individual images after they were sent back to Earth.
I added the sky using a photo of Trumpler 14 – a glittering star cluster that contains a collection of some of the brightest stars seen in our Milky Way galaxy. It was captured by NASA’s Hubble Space Telescope. See the original photo here.
Although NASA made the original Mars image available for all to see on their website – it is not viewable in the 360° interactive format I created here. …
I've always loved anything dealing with outer space going all the way back to my childhood. I was thrilled to watch the Gemini missions 🚀 in the 1960s when teachers brought TVs into the classroom so we could see lift-offs and splashdowns as they happened!
I always wanted to be an astronaut when I grew up – 👨🚀. My dad used to call me an astro-NUT because I was such a space geek. I am still fascinated by the U.S. space program and recently watched the NASA “Perseverance” rover land on Mars via live TV. It was exciting to see the mission unfold and I actually got emotional seeing the amazing technicians and scientists at mission control high-fiving each other and whooping it up when they got word that the spacecraft had landed safely. …
